Poem -
I stood staring at the sea🌊
Underneath that mellow yellow moonlight, I stood staring at the sea
As yonder hazy horizon beckoned me
Far in the distance I saw a ship sailing by, and I listened to the squawking of those Seagulls cry
And both my bare feet buried in the sinking sands, as I swished that salty water with the palms of my hands
But Oh the brilliant joys of being on a beach, with that end of infinity just out of ones reach
There can be nothing more soothing as an ebb and flow of the ocean, yon deep blue depths with a melodious motion
Underneath that mellow yellow moonlight, I stood staring at the sea
And I paddled in the water as the breaking waves beckoned me…
