I whispered your name

I whispered your name

I whispered your name
I pound my fist against the wall
The tears came
It hurts
You tell me what works
My endurance level has weaken
Soft spoken now barely speaking
I'm lost in a state of confusion
I'm just waiting for the conclusion
I live a book of life with too many chapters
I'm living each one wondering what's coming after
The story of my life is a curse
It gets worse
I affiliate  with pain
I tussled with the sunshine because I'm addicted to the rain
Surround my nights with the darkest skies
Hear my voice till u hear my cries
I'm on the ledge of life holding
Reality is too deep for me... I'm folding
Those battles scars came....they remain
That's why I am whispering out your name
It hurts
I'm asking you....what works
I'm tired...I'm beaten
My soul has weaken
These pages of my life has lost their ink
I can't think
I drown  myself with tears
Replace these memories, remove my fears
I whispered your name!

Morris-

What can I say? Your writing is outstanding!! I really mean it, every time I read another, and another, it is just that much better........ Anyway, I also am working on a book, I also paint, so my son tells me my poems have to engage my writings, he is 12 going on 35 yrs and knows everythin, you know.

Anyway, keep on doing what you are doing, can't wait to read your next.

Your friend,

Nancy McGowin

@ Tina- Thank you i try to put myself into every poem I write and I ask myself how would i feel. how would I react if this was me and i just let my pen write away... How is your friends book doing? and I def. will let you and everyone else know when this book is finished..thanks again ma.

@ Nancy- thank you so much for your kind words...  How is your book coming along? I wish you all the best with that, it's a struggle but it's rewarding in the end because you can share a piece of you with the world. i am working on my next piece as we speak so stay tuned. I thank you and the rest of the poets and artists for all the support. it means a lot to a poet unknown! lol
