I Wish I Had A Few Disposable Hearts...

I wish I had a few disposable hearts.
So if I break one, I can just throw it out
I'd then grab a new one, a brand new one
With no cracks or any missing parts

I wish I had a few disposable hearts.
Then, maybe I wouldn't hurt so much
Maybe I'd be able to love and trust again
I don't know. It's just a hunch.

I wish I had a few disposable hearts.
So when you broke mine, I had another
I'd just move on quickly, just smile
Not stay like this forever and ever

I wish I had a few disposable .
It might possibly the best gift.
The best gift God can actually give.
So I pray for it as I stay and sit.

"Oh God, I would like a disposable heart
Because then life wouldn't be so bad
And you can feel like you did something good.
And we both won't be sad.

I wish I had a few disposable hearts.
Cause mine already fell apart.
