I Won't Be Useless With You Tonight

Love can come in different kinds of forms
It can roar like a wave, creep just like a storm
It can be fleeting glimpse. It can be a tattoo
Michelangelo would want to carve out his body
I guess with mines he will have to make do
You know, I won’t be useless, tonight, with you
I've had more existential crises than Dostoyevsky
Thanks to every piece of his majestic sorcery
That neglects me understanding his points of view
He messed up my lipstick, I messed up his mind
The time seemed so easy in those days to find
Now, I won't ever be useless, tonight, with you
I used to think that I was so damn significant
Until I realised I was nothing more than irrelevant
I am just some lover of old's used up tissue
I never had any kind of need for hindsight
I hurt too many before I learned to get it right
So I won't ever be useless, tonight, with you
Everything on this Earth, I have actually seen it
When I make love, these days, I actually mean it
Life is just the passing of an endless interview
Attachment is the opium of the masses, I think
Some people die, some people become extinct
That's why; I won't ever be useless, tonight, with you
