I Workout!

No I don’t,
I don’t lift weight, I’m no badass…
But for the last 3 weeks!!!
I have regularly stretched,,,
I use resistant bands, golf club and a vibrating massage roller…
My flexibility has improved drastically and I have became way more tone,,,
I sleep the best I ever have, I have more energy and have less moods…
Some bad behavior is caused by underlying pain, like drinking to numb the pain, or getting angry at nothing…
Good stretching everyday is a necessity, short-term and long term, Mentally and Physically…
A hammock is the greatest piece of gym equipment and only cost 30 bucks… Even just relaxing, your body is being adjusted…

To each their own , I respect the Half hour, I feel you got to do what’s good for you . I just have seen so many benefits to stretching regularly
