Poem -

I yam what I yam

I yam what I yam

I yam what I yam
And proud to be
I'm a lover and a fighter
Though neither one easily
I'm a fool, yes a clown
I put on a show
I do it to cover up
What I want no one to know
I'm a father, I have a son
He's all my best parts
I'm his rock
And he is my heart
I'm a big child
I love superheroes and villains
I want to meet Stan the man
Me and him just chilling
I write music and poetry
Yes I feel I'm a bard
Write some good stories
Or about how life is so hard
I am a genie in a lamp
I come out to be of service
I'm not a slave
I do it on purpose
I like to help people
Believe it or not
But only the true
My loyalty can't be bought
I am faithful like a dog
Cute and cuddly like one too
But if I am abused
I will bite you
I am a good friend
Proven to be trusted
But I can be brought to my breaking point
It can be busted
I work really hard
I care about doing well
I do my best to be in situations
Where I'm sure
I won't fail
I am a screw up
I often fumble the ball
But I do my best
To get up after I fall
At the end of the day
I love that I'm me
I yam what I yam
That's all I ever want to be
