If only I could turn back time, and we were together once again;
I would never leave your treasured side, many more days together would we spend!
If only I could add some years, to your shortened longevity;

I would have no pain to deal with, I could allay all of my fears!
Yet here am I, now all alone, when you should be by my side;
These premature tears of loneliness, fall each day as I often cry!Β

But βif onlyβsβ are but futile dreams, that have no reality;
For you are in another place, and youβll nβeer be back with me!
If only now I could accept the fact, that we will never kiss again;
I could find some needed peace of mind, and end my everlasting pain!Β

Hi Dear G,
I'm am trying to have some of my poems dealing with loss, not just about Nico, but writing them for anyone who has lost a dear loved one. Β If I don't use a photograph of Nico or Cody, I am trying to guide these words more to people with hurting hearts. Β Of course, they are inspired by Nico, but I am trying vicariously to feel the pain of all people with aching souls. Β I love you too, and am ready to have another twit contest. Β So bring it on girl. Β Oops, almost forgot. Β We just got our computer "supposedly" fixed but are still having problems and haven't been able to leave comments in our usual way.
