If You Never Let Me Go

I have found you now what do I do?

You have loved me your whole life you never for got me, but you left me so long ago.

I have gotten older and so have you.

 I have grown in many ways.

 I have a great life but can not stop thinking of what could have been.

If you had not made the choices you did.

I went on with my life I got married and had kids.

Now we have found each other again.

You always love me.

You say I was with you on every mountain and every shore.

 You thought of me always but, why did you shut the door.

Life has went on and you are alone

But if we had made different choices our life could have grown together with out all the storms.   

You were always in my heart you were my first love.

I loved you with all my heart but you hurt me and tore me apart.

Now so many years have past we have found each other.

 Now we have to put the past in the past.

To let each other know what we both have been through and the feeling we have been holding from our past.

It is not hard to believe that you never for got me I was your first love.

 But to have carried me with you in your heart for so long.

You think of me often and wonder if I had a good life.

 I never for got you how could I.

You were my first love you were a part of my life.

We were so young we did not know what our life had in store.

You served our country this I know.

I could have seen the world through your eyes if you had never let me go.
