Poem -

I'M NOT ALONE

A sip of cool water
On a parched tongue
A cold compress
Upon a fevered brow
The touch of a loved one
I'm not alone
I rest in the arms
I rest in the arms of loved ones, now

The arms of loved ones, the greatest comfort of all.
My father held my Mother in his arms as they said they loved each other and whispered goodbyes, after 63 years. Can there be more?
Your write touched me deeply
Thank You.
