IN SHADES OF ORANGE
You are the color orange
like the monarch butterfly
who`s life begins, in spring
breathtaking and beguiling,
heaven sent messages you bring
Your the mix of glowing yellow
and of flaming red
like a summer`s sun,and marigolds,
abundant in, a flower bed
Your autumn leaves in russets,
blowing in the breeze
your a roaring fire in winter
warming from the freeze
You are the jewel amber
a precious, precious gem
I will always remember you In shades of orange
My darling,beloved mam..
