In The Garden

In The Garden
In the garden where she sit
All things outside seem fraudulentĀ
She is not aware, or does not care
About the world beyond, an ocean of despair
In the garden waters flows magnificently
And beautiful flowers bloom magically
She sit by the fountain, and plays with the FayĀ
And only worries about how short the day
When the moon takes notice
She lays out on a bed of roses
She knows no danger, is unaware of any fear
She has never felt pain, or shed a single tearĀ
She's kept warm, and safe and in color, like a work of artĀ
Deep in the labyrinth maze
In the garden at the center of my heart

Thank you I tried to describe how perfect someone could be in the eyes of another it seems I may have captured that feeling and I'm honored that it is well receivedĀ
