Poem -

In the night it came

In the night it came

In the night it came
Through the door
Hidden in the wall, I am
More of my life, I wish I had

Hide and seek
We play.

There it comes
Creeping down my spine
Never step outside

No laughter, No sound
no noise
Fear take over all

A light is lit
I follow it
Stepped over the line

Now it’s time
to set the table
Ready… to dine.
In the pit, I shall fade into zero
We can no longer return

For now, it shall devour me
                          Welcome me to neverland.
