Independence Misery

Red is a bright and brilliant color of power
Blue is a color of honor and respect
White is the color of purism and that of life
Our world has fallen down from the colors and we are suffering
The consequences of being and living in democracy we expected
The rights of some the rights of none
Where is the American flag hanging, is it torn and ragged
Do we step up or do we step down
To the rights of the people who we have to be independent and free
Misery seems to be the new disease of our once upon strength
