Insane Insanity

Can you not release me
from this;
the one insanity
that's driving me insane.
I tried to put it behind me,
I tried to lay it down.
But all it did was rise;
Like the sun in the morning,
And the moon at night.
And now,
This fantasy that I'm living,
Only serves to hurt me more.
