I saw a starving man
Walking skin and bone
I offered him some food
He said 'Leave me alone.'
I guess he wasn't interested...

I saw a drowning man
Desperate hands I see
I offered him some air
He said 'Leave me be.'
I guess he wasn't interested...

I saw a wandering man
Longing for liberation
I offered him self knowledge
He left without hesitation
I guess he wasnt interested...

I guessed they weren't interested
But I was simply wrong
To them it wasn't an interest.
