As It Comes Down

As the rain comes down,

you can see peoples umbrellas go up all around.

They don't want the rain to on them splash,

so they put it up quickly like they are afraid they might catch a rash.

Don't they know that through the door they can go in?

Or are they just sitting there wishing it would end?

God surely gave them more sense,

cause people getting colds and other ailments was never his intent.
