Starving people, slavery and sex trafficking, child pornography, school shootings, dictatorship, war-zones…
just because you are not facing these evils now, does not mean the worse is yet to come!
Factual Statistics :
Poor nutrition and hunger is responsible for the death of 3.1 million children a year. That's nearly half of all deaths in children under the age of 5. The children die because their bodies lack basic nutrients. Globally, 822 million people suffer from undernourishment.
Of the 600,000-800,000 people trafficked across international borders each year, 70 percent are female and 50 percent are children. The majority of these victims are forced into the commercial sex trade. (Ibid.) Each year, an estimated 14,500 to 17,500 foreign nationals are trafficked into the United States.
The U.S. has surpassed 200 mass shootings this year
The Gun Violence Archive, an independent data collection organization, has counted 212 mass shootings that have occurred so far this year, as of Tuesday. It defines a mass shooting as an incident in which four or more people were shot or killed, excluding the shooter.
17,481 casualties (6,322 killed and 11,159 injured) in territory controlled by the Government when casualties occurred: In Donetsk and Luhansk regions: 8,986 casualties (3,735 killed and 5,251 injured).

Absolutely! Hell is definitely here for some people. Poor souls.
Hypocrisy kills me, I’ve witnessed the same businesses taking donations for causes and then throwing away good food versus getting to those in need. We all could be doing more individually and WAY MORE AS A WHOLE! I’m finding myself naturally being more and more bothered with these topics as other topics less damning take the frontlines to headlines etc.
It's all around us isn't it? Massive amounts of food waste yet people not being able to afford enough food. Soooo many food banks over here. And as for those fuel and energy companies that hike the prices up to the amount the government has to step in and help us afford to heat our homes, they then go and record indecent amounts of profits ... they really get my goat 🐐. Despicable.
Yeah the energy companies … SMH… I think life is easier just making your own bubble otherwise there’s a lot to make one angry… It almost seems we’re selfish for being happy and having all our own necessities when so many go without and aren’t capable… it’s tough.
It is tough! I saw a programme last night on a team of U.N people building a school in a refugee camp somewhere in Africa. Children were being taught aswell as adults. The children were meeting other children on some sort of skype. They all spoke English so well. And whst came across was how intelligent Nd caring theyvwere. They wanted desperately to make the world a better place. It was a lovely documentary x

Yes it is, I get extremely offended when I hear people act like the world is coming to an end and getting way worse as I feel it is already for so many. I’m an optimistic guy but when people that are very blessed cannot be grateful or see how well they have it… I have no problem bringing them back down to reality and letting them know just how blessed we all are to have basic necessities.
