It’s Her Love Song

It’s Her Love Song

You say that you miss me,
But I know it’s isn’t true,
Because you’re not alone,
She’s standing next to you.

Do not give me your love song,
Of lovers that have passed,
For it is just a sad song,
Of love that didn’t last.

You chose your mate she was your choice,
Her love is where you belong,
Now go and intertwine your souls,
And sing your own love song.

Stop whispering your cheating lips,
I won’t brake or bend my words,
It’s not my arms you belong to,
It’s not my embrace but hers.

If you don’t really love her,
It would be kinder to let her go,
Then to hide your cheating face,
Behind someone she thinks she knows.
