JESUS IS THE LIGHT OF THE WORLD

From a miraculous, unseeded child birth,
Came the most important soul to grace this Earth,
The Son of God and bringer of Light,
To a world in darkness with no respite.

Betrayed by men and put to death,
He called to God with his very last breath,
Ascended to Heaven from his bloodied shroud,
Everlasting Light shining through parted cloud.
