Just Done

Just Done

She smiles,

As tears roll down her face,

Because this is all she knows,

Pain,

And it's always her fault,

She's always the wrong one.

She smiles,

As tears roll down her face,

Because she knows she's all she has,

She is the only one she can trust,

The one who can never do her wrong.

She smiles,

As tears roll down her face,

As everyone crowds her,

Screaming horrible things,

But she can barely hear them,

Her head will kill her first.

She cries,

As her smile fades,

A gun gives her the opportunity,

Her thought pulls the trigger.

She is silent,

As she lies still,

There's no one to hurt her anymore,

The sounds of screaming were a distant dream,

As the dreary gray sky turned to a blurred vision.

She was gone,

And no one tried to save her,

Now she is everyone's distant memory,

I hope you miss this burden,

Because she was me.

This is so beautifully sad. Written very well. Your imagery was hard to read, but so well put together that I couldn't stop. Hits close to the heart. Blessings, Rebecca

What emotional write .   I think you put into words what so many people feel and afried to talk about .   Love the picture you picked for this piece.  Hope your heart will never be done and keeps fighting just to get started again .  Take care (:
