Just Me

Just Me

The eyes are the window to the soul,
These eyes are hidden, under my control,
My heart and mind are mine, divine,
Solitude too, is mine to find,
No shadows, dark, cast over me,
Construed as lonliness, or am I free?
A beauty gaurded? forlorn, alone,
Emotions cold, a heart of stone?
Or does she wait for a moment right,
Once bathed in radiant light, take flight,
And soar above on temperate air,
No incubus or anguish, without despair,
Liberated, unhindered, unfettered she,
Can forever decide her own destiny.
