Kanpai Kamala!

I toast to you Kamala, our modern Joan of Arc;
Who shall bring us to the sunshine, and slay the Monster “Dark”!
He thinks himself Goliath, with you his easy prey;
But no sticks and stones he’s hurled, will save him Judgement Day!
.
His quest will end abruptly, with earth shattering results;
Goodness will conquer evil, to the ground he’ll somersault!
The good people of America, chant “Ding Dong, the Witch is Dead”;
Kamala’s arms raised for her victory, no more over need we dread!
.
.
Trump goes down the hatch
Swallow him up, spit him out
Kanpai Kamala

Hi Being Me,

She not only wins the hearts of her Countrymen but of people around the world!  Pray that she takes down this monstrous devil.  I am going right from here to read your latest work and praise it with my customary Haiku.

Peace and Love,

Hi Tony,

So great to hear from our "bestie".
Can't wait to chat, but Linda is having surgery on her hand tomorrow, and with me being computer illiterate, it will put us out of commission for a couple of weeks.

Love you Bro,
Linda and Larry xxx

Her Dad renounced her...

Where was her family at the DNC Convention?

Who wouldn't be the proudest Dad knowing his daughter could possibly take the highest position in the land?

My Dad and I didn't always get along but, if he was alive and it was his daughter he would have had Flags waving, he would be giving out bells and whistles...

Wouldn't you?

You don't find that strange?

Hi sparrowsong,

I agree with you that people in America are starving!  What they are starving for is for Kamala to complete the journey that she and Joe started four years ago, honing out all the rough edges.

As for her father, I can say from personal experience, that sometimes a Father/Daughter relationship goes south.  It would look banal if all of a sudden he appeared at the side of the future President of America.
But I will bet you that after she takes office their rift will be amended.

Peace and love,
