Kimono

Kimono

A small flash of skin under silk
Raining sunshine kisses milk

Daintily, delicately, deliciously tempting
Ensnaring fascination

A peek of beauty
Swirls imagination to dance

A single sip of jasmine tea
Simmers under cherry sun

Staining lips of ripened ruby
Contained, constrained in reticence

A dimpled wish on ginger wind
Sweet, succulent, substantial

Forbidden… but never forgotten
Flash of skin under blossoming silk

Reminds me of being in Tokyo over 34 years ago.  So much mystery and a different depth than I was use to.  Great work

My Dear Rebecca,

I have studied the Japanese culture for decades, and always have been mesmerized by the tremendous power of the Geisha.
Your sensual words have "lit my fire".
So it is fitting, that I respond with a Haiku.

She unpins her hair
Does the Tea Ceremony
We kiss and couple

Love,
Larry xxx
