Kindness

Life isn't about what you have, what you give should rule your heart
Too many people have nothing, why should that set them apart
Possessions are liquid and can be suddenly taken away
Kindness is a valuable asset, a strength that is there to stay

Shunned for having few possessions, we should look at the person inside
Caring, sharing and loving, traits that you really can't hide
Does it matter what clothes they are wearing, or what car they have on the drive
Beauty inside is what matters, it is something that we should all strive

Riches are envied by many, a mistake that we all tend to make
Happiness cannot be bought but it is there for us all to take
Everyone wants what costs money, nobody wants what comes free
If all the world took on a different stance, what a happier place this would be
