Poem -

Kirk And Jack.

A rush of blood gushes to my head.
As i jump quickly out of my slept in bed.
All around me the bedroom does spin.
I fall and bruise my Kirk Douglas chin.
I let out a few swear words.
Then i calm down when i hear the early morning singing birds.
I pick myself up of the floor.
Christ my Kirk Douglas chin is bloody sore.
Shower my toned athletic body.
Dress and for this world i am now ready.
From now on i must slow down.
The next time i fall like Jack i might break my crown.
