Knowing Your Smile

Everytime I see you smiling,

you light up my life,

and the fires start burning.

With no thoughts to deceive.

Your smile it lingers.

And caresses my heart,

with untainted fingers.

Emotionally involved,

I cry with despair.

With the thought of your smile,

that will surely repair.

The time goes slowly,

but your smile it remains.

Where it is soaked in my mind,

and was created to stain.

Your smile is my life,

and can never recede.

It keeps my heart warm,

and allows me to believe.

That your smile was created,

to give my life meaning.

So I could share in your joy,

and forever believe-in.
