LAST PAGE MISSING

Did they reconcile by passionate kissing ?
Got to the last page only to find it missing 
I go about my living room in a strop 
My story has come to an abrupt stop 

Who would rip out the last page of a book ?
I really don't deserve this kind of bad luck
Must try to control my frustration and rage
Not the end of the world missing a page 

Someone else this book I'll be sending 
Meantime I will make up my own ending 
They will have the same anguish as me
