Lead Them Astray

Lead them astray

In the most wonderful way

Off the cliff like unhearded sheep

Falling to their demise in their hooded disguise

I'd  love to see their surprise

Of failing while following lies

Since I am the hope of the slave

I can't help but be amazed

At how hatefulness has carried down the line into these present days

Do you not realize our demise?

All he wants is violent cries

And yet you blindly follow 

disregarding our sorrow

We used to dream of tomorrow 

Now we look to the sky

Knowing God, he too hears our cries

Our ancestors speak for us in heaven

Saying Save them!

Save us!

Humanity!

Oh, do they not see?!

All your people cry to thee!

But God sees

It was all in plan

For what has come upon this land

He has power in his hand

And with his command 

Can make things happened as he planned
