I can’t Hear You

With change I hear the monster less, however the monster will always exist. 

With change I see the monster less, however the monster will always exist.

With change I feel the monster less, however the monster will always exist. 

We all can change but who we were will always internally remain. 

We can pretend that’s not the case, or we can accept our monsters face to face.

We must learn to not be afraid because it is us that defeats the monster or creates it.

Our biggest fears are fears we allow ourselves, although the triggers may be fueled by others.

Only we can accept or deny, who we are, how we act, what we fear and wether or not to let the monsters out.
