A mistake, more like A life long lesson
Wide awake, craving another sleep session
Nothing else to do, nothing left to lose, it is hard to choose
How do I make my life better, I already quit the booze
Smoking is like a feather, light and hard to catch
A hold of the reason, why you left
I can not think of much else, I start too, then I forget
Your like A wish, with A empty soul, and heartless
Your A total coward, with no fight left
The things you have done, not just to me, but to everyone
To us, your family, our friends, our unborn son
Broken promises, words left unsaid, things left undone
Things like raising your child, things like making me smile
What hurts the most is how you moved on
