Legacy

Legacy

The legacy continues
With Braxton James-Lee
And I will guide him in the direction to fulfill his destiny
He will forever be in my sights, I will  light the torches along his path
Wipe away every teardrop
I will encourage every laugh
I will teach him all I know
Although I'm not that wise
I will tell him to keep his mind open
And to look for the truth in people's eyes
Will show him to keep his friends and family very close to his heart
And as long as he does he should never fall apart
Instruct him to be wary about the outsiders he lets see his soul
Tell him that's not a place that everyone should go
Warn him about the Angels on his shoulder
And that the Devils will come as the world grows colder
And to always keep trying
Never give up and always keep fighting
He will know his father will love him unconditionally
No matter what he may ever do to me
And that my whole life lead up to this
And I realize a genie can grant his own wish
I'll be there for him through anything that could ever happen
I can't wait to see how great he becomes, I can only imagine
