Legislation so outdated

I talked to the I. R. D and they say their hands are tied. 
That he can keep doing this to me, hate mail and tell tale lies. 
Miscarriage of Justice not to let him slander me and  shit stain my  name. 

Perfectly fair to do this each year, and right on my birthday to boot. 
I gathered that the power's that be, don't give a shit about me.

A code of conversion that they are a SHOUTING  written abuse at others but only only considered rude. Not against the law.

Why  old fashioned rules still apply today I have no clue.
