Let These Words Speak For Themselves

hey honey, the image is mine ..

Let These Words Speak For Themselves

Let These Words Speak For Themselves

In a worried world filled
with such
bustle and rush
Like frantic bees upon
a teasel playing ..
Each with their pollen
pockets primed
and likewise filled
to the very
point of overflowing ..
Pray leave them
well alone my friend
Don't dare to
overthink a single one
Oh yes indeed
In a worried world filled
with such
bustle and rush
just let these words speak
for themselves

Perfection Neville, that is what this is. Sweet utter perfection 👌 I just loved how you used nature here to describe our nonsense and rush in life
“Like frantic bees upon
a teasel playing ..
Each with their pollen
pockets primed
and likewise filled
to the very
point of overflowing”

so poetically creative and beautifully painted. An artist with words is what you are my friend

They say that undesireable thoughts bombard us in their thousands each day.
I read a piece of advice somewhere( god knows where)...it said treat them as you would random strangers who knock your door and be very selective who you invite in for a chat. Something like that...it implies we have control over our mental health and state of mind. I thought it clever and useful then...I would argue now that our emotions do not originate in any brain at all. Anyway...long winded aren't I...my point is I take your writing to mean similar ...excellent write as always x
