A Liar's Smile

Hidden from all view
Are kept secretes old yet new
Beneath the gazed eye
Are those lies of the silent nigh

Fruits from deep disdain
Toys and trinkets for would be gain
With no curse causeless
The end result never doubtless

Empty promises
Too forward in their craziness
Their look of ok
Then camouflaged by what they say

Captivating smiles
Even among the church isles
That look to deceive
Oh friends what a smile can achieve

Distrust, distasteful
Misguided and very hateful
Sweetness in their style
A liar's smile is to beguile
