Life As I've Known

Life As I've Known

dreams die slowly
as soon as I wake
leaving me empty
a shadowless ache

peaceful drawings
the artworks of my mind
so few yet so far between
these feelings make me blind

I'm hollow to the core
nothing but a shell
the girl you once knew
I keep hidden so well

live passively onward
for you I'd never tell
the secrets I have hidden
have damned me to hell

Angel Hannah,

Great verse, My applause, My vote

I'm hollow to the core
nothing but a shell
the girl you once new
I keep hidden so well
