Poem -

Lifeless

His shirt is torn, shoes are ragged.Β
Same clothes everyday so his classmates laughing.
Cant tell his momma shes ratchet.
That alone could make things more tragic.Β
Besides she wouldnt understand what kids do for fashion.
Sometimes he hates life with a passion.
Most nights he cuts himself for some satisfaction.
Some are harder than others.Β
Face in the pillow trying not to wake his brother.
CryingΒ in agony screaming "i can't take the pain."Β
Clutching his arm i think he hit a vein.
