Life's Rose,

Nothing we chose,

Scattered seed we grow,

Lovers did sow,

From natures embrace,

Showing our face,

Sprouting from our pod,

Brightness and sound,

A new environment around,

Roots entrenched in life,

Growing, surrounded by strife,

Spread out, we bloom,

Tasting and testing life’s room,

Threats all about,

Impending dangers as we sprout,

Experience like thorns us protect,

To avoid certain life’s select,

Nurture and natures love,

As we ahead shove,

Uprooted as we grew,

Planted into new,

Our own seeds to sow,

A new life to plough,

As our heads hang,

Tiredness, our bloom fades,

To lie in the trees shades,

For us the end,

Our combined DNA we send,

Our newly sown,

A new life starts growing.
