Light...

leave me to stay for forever
in a green meadow of fresh delightÂ
i’ll imagine a wild endeavour
and with you make love to the night
leave me breathless at its beautyÂ
dancing together in loves warm embrace
yet protecting me had become duty
however to deaths door i shall win the race
leave me here with my soulful art
i have no other place to writeÂ
what if my world already feel apart
were you my kryptonite?
leave me here in this bright light;
i promise i wont hide in shadowsÂ
but lets bathe in the moonlight
lets be free of our earthly clothesÂ
leave me to wonder about love
oh look darling how i torture my mindÂ
shall i set it free, turn it to a white dove
yet in a cage it will be confinedÂ
leave me here so very breathlessÂ
in these pretty black threadsÂ
i am forever beautifully deathlessÂ
form ourselves we hide in our beds
Â
leave me here darling, please just run
i shall love you darling endlesslyÂ
my soul is already in hell, its done
yet ill search for you helplessly...

We certainly can cause ourselves a great deal of agony and turmoil when we dwell on things we have no control over.
Take death for example.
Why worry about dying?
We can't barter or bargain with death.
We can not talk death out of claiming us when our time is up.
In other words there's absolutely nothing we can do to change it.
It is an unavoidable, inescapable reality.
So, I'll reiterate...why worry?
There are people in our lives we could make the same sort of claims about.
They will not change—ever.
It's best just to let 'em go and move on with our lives.
Nice writing, Whispering Dream. An expressive, raw and powerful message.

Thank you so much, to be quite honest there is no pain in this write. At least I did not intend any pain in it myself. I speak of a neutral and unbalanced love and nothingness, all at once.Â
Thank you, again.
What a wonderful read, your words flow with ease, I love every part. The gloom, the love, light and dark, the passion in the night. Great write.
Thank you so much for reading :) x
