Like a bat out of hell ?

Bustling, busy black bats flying about in haste..zig-zagging with zest..they have no time to waste

Appearing from nowhere amidst the eventide.. look out airborne insects coz you’ve got no place to hide
Bats will race like a rocket with fluttering, flapping wings and munch you up in their mouths..they are such speedy things

I am out in my garden feeling very wary.. these miniature vampires are Oh so scarey
Darting in and out of tall oak trees scooping up the moths and midge fleas

But Wow it is amazing just how fast these can fly.. like a bat out of hell..zooming thru the night sky
Alas they aren’t my favourite creature of the night but I find them fascinating to watch in their frenzied flight
