Lion Heart

Lion Heart

Taunting me with your golden fancy

prodding my nerves you roar

Stuck in your bloodied teeth

last nights supper, of course

Amber eyes glowing,

sniffers nose nuzzling

Both breathing, both so very alive

There is something so enticing

about being your prey.

A deer in headlights

even though it was dangerous

Blood Thicker then water

The prey verses the preditor,

for he's a king no more

She came in like lioness

She roared and everyone listened.
