Poem -

living a lie

living a lie

On my own.

Alone.

Don't know,

Can't say,

Can't understand,

Can no longer pray.

One day it was grand,

Now shattered to pieces.

Alone I stand.

I'm drowning myself.

Won't give in,

Won't try.

Discern It's a lie.

And i stand alone,

Too broken to cry.

As one with my lie.

BLOSSOM

Stilligo I really liked the layout and structure of this write.  The short intense lines gave it punch and impact, sharp and emotive.  I think so many people will be able to relate to the message in this one. Well written. Loved the end line, very strong.  A vote and nomination from me:)
