Lost

I have not seen the light as

time has pass me by

For darkness has swallowed 

this soul I have within

I am lost to this world I live

bounded by the chains within

Wonder when my time will come

to have my soul set free

It is like I was born to this world

like a child with no sight 

Having the darkness feed off

the soul that I have within

Lost in a world that is dark and grey

that is full of hatred and death

What have I done to have this

judgement laid upon me

My body grows numb as the night's

grow cold and lonely 

As darkness grows around this slow

beating heart of mine

I shout out in the darkness and all I

hear is the echo of my voice

Then all of the sudden it was like the 

darkness was lifted of my soul

Standing there was an angel that was

sent to me from the sky high above
