Lost soul and hope

I sit because i can`t stand
i walk because i can`t run
I laugh because i can`t cry
i stumble because i can`t fall
I fail because i don`t try
but i know i can and i know i will
achieve all that seems so out of reach 
for inside my core there`s strength to recover
the man that i lost once before
