Love and Hate

Family is a charming war
At times I feel like a princess
Yet there’s times
where I’m constantly pushed to the edge
As if I’m burning in a fire
But then the fire dies down
the hate dies along with it
Then I hear the words I always desired
And I know what i’m doing to please everyone
is all worth it

Welcome to Cosmo...
If what you're doing makes you and your friends and family happy, Aulani, then that's all that truly matters.
I enjoyed your emotive and expressive piece.
Keep fighting the "good fight"!
