LOVE FOR NOW I CAN NOT GIVE
OhĀ dear you, do not
feel my sorrow
This is my pain alone,
not yours to borrow
I carry this burden
and IĀ can notĀ let it go
I mostly keep it in,
a facade onĀ show
But you asked me,
why so sad? IĀ had tears
you made me show
pastĀ emotionalĀ fears
I ran because IĀ was scared
to show my heart
There isĀ this hurt in me,
thatĀ tearsĀ meĀ apart
I thought IĀ had healed
gotten past the pain
but no it is still there,
and there it will remain
until IĀ and IĀ alone
can heal these scars
I see no romance or love,
upĀ in the stars
I will not allow you, to try
to cureĀ my troubled pastĀ
I need to do that myself
for a love to last
I am like a jigsaw puzzle
withĀ a missing piece
And IĀ need to find it,
toĀ once again,Ā feelĀ complete
So do not think you were
the one with blameĀ
You are a kind person
with a heart in flameĀ
You deserve so much more
go out and live
I will miss you!Ā butĀ love for now

I had tears in my eyes while reading this....It breaks my heart to know you feel you can't love again...I believe you when you say you alone can heal the scars...sure you can heal those scars, forget the past and believe in love again.Ā I was thrilled when I thought you found love at last.Ā I'd whisper a prayer for you....You'd love again!

Hi Cherie You are right it is hard to heal from past hurts
and try as IĀ doĀ Ā they Ā comeĀ back to haunt me. I thinkĀ
I am not ready to love yet, sometimes things move to fastĀ
I just want to take a day at a time with nothing tooĀ
serious. Ā I`m only sorry that IĀ may have hurt someone
unintentionally IĀ did`nt want that to happen and that
makes me a little sad.
