Poem -

Love No More

A love that was once, very strong,

Bloomed like blossoms all summer long,

It danced, It laughed and reminisced beneath the stars,

But one day, this love, began to show scars

This love that was so strong,

Was now a burnt out old song,

Distance grew fast, and they both began to ask,

What is the meaning of this disagreeable task?

No longer was their joy in one another's presence,

Instead this time seemed quite unpleasant,

Saying everything is ok, would longer help,

This scar has unraveled cards that need to be dealt

Summer time has long passed,

And this love seems to be very sparse

Thinning at the core of every glare,

This love is no longer more than a blank stare.
