Love tell me how you do it

Love tell me how you do it

No one told me, didn't tell me how to hold you,
the mind games, calling names, alternatives were few;
now it's no one's fault, you were equally to blame,
with all those wonderful concessions, it's the same.

There was supposed to be a contract, whether or not,
when it came to giving some leeway - you forgot;
our mom and dad made fifty, lucky now if it's twenty,
should have realized, all their love was meant for me.

We became greedy, for granted, everything too easy,
when cast aside, lost in the wind so deliberately;
some of us still show pictures of chocolate on a face,
but many fallible, dissatisfied, can't keep up the pace.

I am benevolent, pliable, always willing to learn,
let me know your success, after it's been your turn.
