Lovely and Chloe

Lovely the bear
was climbing the stairs
she wanted to see the world above clouds,

But when she got there
she really got scared
of sorrowing sights scared deep in her eyes...

...bubbles that burn
with brilliant colors
bursting the blisters on her little paws

Still, she keeps going
'cause she understands
if she stops wondering, she bows down her head.

So ebbed her mind was
with fears she is shedding,
that gleam in her eyes now
is where she will be treading..

Fighting her way through
thorns that preach,
the fog that rusts and sand that screech
made her aware
even though she's a bear,
The World will always be within her reach.

When she went through the roots
Of a century-old tree,
There she was greeted heartly,
By Chloe, a bee.

Chloe was friendly,
Hardworking bee,
But instead of honey, she makes chocolate, you see.

"What brings you here?"
Chloe did say
"Are you different maybe, like me in some way?"

"You know, I make chocolate
I'm not a bee,
At least that's what they say in the Hive about me"

"I do understand,
I do, I do"
Said Lovely the bear and Chloe knew it was true

"I've always felt different"
Lovely went on,
"But if I keep on wondering, the truth will be born!"

Lovely and Chloe
Match made above clouds,
Will start an adventure that will take them to Stars

Many new perils
await them ahead,
they will grow stronger, be more prepared

For in the absence of light
The darkness shall thrive,
