PIRATES AND TOO MANY SPIRITS

PIRATES AND TOO MANY SPIRITS

sang the song on a wind swept day
saw our words turn to Angel clay
spoke with a frozen eye
love was given to tear apart
so you were taken by a monster deep
asleep in an ocean where mermaids weep
i stand on this crumble that never gives sway
my heart is torn laying on the altar
oh mighty wind bringme back
what you have taken what you have laughed at
i guess im just an ancient stone
circled in shadow and broken throne
inside my head i vision a hollow
my body a casket empty i follow
bring me back all you have taken
on that deadly day
ghosts ands ringing bells
misty clawing sound
am i the doom
am i to be never found

bring me back you cruel breeze
pretend in gentle touch
yet in torture and crimson cloak
you hang my love in blindness and sight
