Poem -

Loves recognition.

I often wonder at what point
love turned around and left us

~ there was so much to see
But nothing within the emptiness,

If only time stood still long enough ,
would love be framed,

A beautiful moment
Captured upon the mantle

pieces remembered
In innocence

Never covered in hatred
Painted not with ashes from Our
smoldering heart's

Burnt beyond recognition,

A soul never
seeks permission to fly
eyes seek no permission to cry
Hearts definitely
Seek no permission to die

That's the thing about love.
